DGA launches the mini app “Bok Khun…Phap” in collaboration with the Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization) (HAI) on “Thang Rath” super app.

Mrs. Airada Luangvilai, DGA Senior Executive Vice President and Acting President & CEO, launched the mini app “Bok Khun…Phap” in collaboration with Dr. Piyawan Limpanyalert, President & CEO of the Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization) (HAI), at the 25th HA National Forum held from 18th – 20th  March 2025at IMPACT Forum, IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok.

Furthermore, Mrs. Airada also shared that the mini app “Bok Khun…Phap” is another service available on the “Thang Rath” super application, which now offers more than 186 government services. The “Bok Khun…Phap” mini app, developed by the Healthcare Accreditation Institute (Public Organization) (HAI), was created to collect public feedback, including reflections on the quality of healthcare facilities. Users can choose from four categories to report their experiences: Things I want to tell, Things I want to share, Things to be surveillance, and Words of encouragement. This enables people to easily participate in the public service improvement process by sharing their real-life experiences through the Thang Rath app.

The Thang Rath app can be downloaded via: Google Play, App Store, Huawei App.
