In addition, this seminar brought together over 50 government agencies to attend and gain insights. Beyond offering new perspectives from countries that have successfully implemented digital government, the event emphasized the importance of inter-agency collaboration in creating digital services that deliver maximum benefits to citizens. Moreover, Representatives from Thai government agencies also presented national challenges and opportunities for developing digital government from their respective domains. The discussions included efforts to ensure data privacy, as well as the use of modern technologies to design citizen-centric services and enhance administrative efficiency in alignment with the rapidly evolving global landscape. This seminar thus marked a significant opportunity to expand international cooperation among government agencies and to establish a knowledge-sharing platform for ongoing experience exchange between Thailand and the international community in the future.
