DGA has jointly declared its commitment to combating corruption within the organization, implementing a No Gift Policy, and driving DGA towards becoming an ethical organization. This is in alignment with religious principles, the sufficiency economy philosophy, Thai cultural practices, and the 5 moral principles (Sufficiency, Discipline, Integrity, Volunteering, and Gratitude) for the fiscal year 2025.

On 23 January 2025, Mrs. Airada Luangvilai, DGA Senior Executive Vice President and Acting President & CEO, together with executives and staff, jointly declared their commitment to combating corruption within the organization, adopting a No Gift Policy and driving DGA towards becoming an ethical organization. This initiative is aligned with religious principles, the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, Thai cultural practices, and the 5 moral principles (Sufficiency, Discipline, Integrity, Volunteering, and Gratitude) for the fiscal year 2025. The event took place at the Phannarai Meeting Room, A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel in Pattaya, Chonburi Province.

The aim is to encourage staff within the organization to adopt a culture of integrity and honesty, reject all gifts and presents before, during, or after performing their duties, and to enhance anti-corruption efforts. This initiative promotes transparency, fairness, non-discrimination, and raises awareness about corruption within the organization. It also drives the staff to demonstrate moral behaviors that reflect the organization’s ethical values.

In addition, on the same day, Mrs. Airada transmitted and handed down the No Gift Policy to raise awareness and strengthen a culture among staff to reject all gifts and presents before, during, or after performing their duties. This policy was communicated to all staff levels to ensure strict adherence. Furthermore, both the executives and staff collectively signed a formal declaration to affirm their commitment in writing. A group photo was taken to demonstrate their unified strength and dedication to combating corruption within the organization and to drive the DGA towards becoming a sustainable ethical organization.
