The Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) (DGA) received the Recognition of Excellence Award at the Thailand OpenGov Leadership Forum 2019 retrieved from the Government Smart Kiosk service.

Mrs. Airada Luangvilai, Senior Executive Vice President and Acting DGA President & CEO, received the Recognition of Excellence Award at the Thailand OpenGov Leadership Forum 2019 for the Government Smart Kiosk service which served as a comprehensive digital access channel for government information and services through service points in government agencies and public areas, covering over 119 locations nationwide. With just a national ID card, citizens can securely verify their identity and access more than 21 government services, making public services more accessible, convenient, and efficient across all regions of the country.

One of the key features of the Government Smart Kiosk is its convenience for student loan borrowers under the Student Loans Fund (SLF), allowing them to print payment slips with a QR code for seamless payment via KTB Net Bank. This service was officially highlighted on October 17, 2019, at the Amari Watergate Hotel, Bangkok.
