The Digital Government Development Agency (DGA) is moving forward with the development of soft power in the food sector through the “One Village One Thai Food Chef” Project. Citizens can easily register for the “OFOS” system via the Thang Rath Super app.

According to the MOU signed for integrated cooperation between 8 agencies, including the Department of Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industry, the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, Ministry of Education, the Department of Health, Ministry of Public Health, the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labor, the Institute of Vocational Education Standards (Public Organization), the National Village and Urban Community Fund Office, and the Digital Government Development Agency (Public Organization) (DGA), this collaboration aims to drive the Thai food industry to create economic value by focusing on building human capital, developing skills, and enhancing human resources, aligning with the “Thai Kitchen to the World” policy and the Soft Power strategy in food. The agreement ceremony was chaired by Prime Minister Phaethongtarn Shinawatra on December 19, 2024.
